Not heard of many experiences on Chat topic, so thought I would ask here.
I have a GP appointment booked to discuss management of menopause symptoms ( tearfulness, insomnia, joint aches).
I would like to have no periods ( still having regular periods, but I am turned 54).
What should I be asking my GP for?
