Patches won't stick

Just started Hrt on everol conti to patches and have tried everything to make them stick gone through 4 patches since Friday awaiting different prescription from gp but any helpful hints would be grateful

Gaffer tape?

Make sure skin is clean and completely dry with no body lotion or talc etc.

Then gently rough the skin with a nail file/emery board.

After applying the patch hold it in place with your palm against it to warm it whilst it sticks.
Don’t bathe or shower for at least an hour after applying

Tried tape but I'm a sweaty betty and even tape doesn't stick lol

i found this so swapped to gel.
