Estrogel - nausea

I’ve just started using estrogel, two pumps in the morning, but feeling really nauseous. Is this likely to be related to the estrogel? Don’t really want to give up on it as have already tried patches and pills!

Yes.
I had this. It's like morning sickness from a boost of estrogen.

You have two options:

1 Reduce to 1 pump daily and gradually build up (just don't press the plunger right down so you reduce the amount coming out)

2 Apply one pump morning and one pump bedtime (this is what I experimented with and have carried on for 10 years.) It gives you a more level dose splitting it over the day.

I haven’t had the nausea issue but I do split my dose, might be worth giving that a try.

Thanks, yes it’s just like morning sickness but without the excitement of a baby! I’ll try splitting the dose and see if that helps.
