Urinary issues

I had my last period 3years ago, I had a few months of hot flushes and sleep problems but nothing I couldn't manage so thought I'd come through it fairly easily.

The last few weeks I've noticed occasional urinary leakage. No urgency and not when I laugh or cough just a literally a wet patch then nothing for a few more days. I don't have any uti symptoms. I will see my Dr if it gets worse and in the meantime will make sure I do regular pelvic floor exercises.

Has anyone else had this, as I say not when sneezing or coughing just completely random unexpected leaks. Has anyone found hrt has helped?

Google overactive bladder. Your GP can give you drugs to help. You might also find using vaginal estrogen helps- from your GP.
