Premature menopause support group?

Hi!
I’m thinking about setting up a support group for women that have been told they have going through premature menopause.

I am 27 and was told 2 years ago that I was going through premature menopause, and I am currently going through HRT, and will be for the foreseeable future.

I have looked all over the internet and Facebook for a support network for this type of thing, but no avail.

I am feeling very alone in this process- especially when the majority of girls I went to school with/my friends are posting their pregnancy announcements, and I just can’t stomach telling them that it upsets me.

I have a daughter, which I thank my stars every day for her. It kills me when she asks me for a little brother or sister, and I just have to say ‘I think you are all we need!’ It’s true, all I need is her and my fiancé to get me through this tough time.

So, I was thinking about creating my own support group on Facebook for women who are going through the same thing as I am.

If you are looking for support, or someone to just vent your frustration to, let me know- let’s have a chat Smile

Do you know about the Daisy Network charity? It's national and run by gynaes at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital including Nick Panay.

They have a website, provide online chats with drs and also arrange events for members as well as an annual conference where they give out loads of advice etc .

I am so sorry for your diagnosis...
I am older than you and I diagnosed a year ago at 42. I find it too hard for such a young age, think that is much harder than you!
There are some support group for POF in Facebook.
Stay strong!

@HTolley
Hi I'm in the same boat as you. At 34 I was told recently I am approaching the menopause it's heartbreaking especially as i want children. The Nhs are helping me and Iv just had ivf it's going ok so far I'm now pregnant but it's early days. Frustrating that my body isn't doing what it's meant to at my age 😢Hoping the baby is ok and grows to full term x
