Anyone had or know anything about the Nu V treatment for helping with stress incontinence and improved sex? Am 44, menopausal and ready to try anything! Confused

Can you link to it?
What do you mean by 'improved sex'? Are you feeling 'saggy?

Before you spend loads on something, have you seen you GP, been referred to a women's physio and thought about HRT? (Does 'menopausal' mean your periods have stopped? If so, you are very young and medical advice is to consider HRT which would help maintain pelvic floor strength along with exercises.)

If it is anything like the monalisa touch, it requires 3 - 4 sessions and a yearly top up, which can be expensive. Someone on the Menopause matters forum has written about it for Genitourinary symptoms of menopause (vaginal atrophy), and found it useful, but only after extensive trial of other methods and research. The other stuff is still needed.

It is definitely worth trying physio, hrt and local oestrogen first.
