Hi
I saw my Doctor this morning and he recommended I take omega to help with Brain Fog.
Does anyone have any advice on the best supplement or anything else that worked. (Can't take anything hormonal)

Vitamin D3 has helped me, I take 3000IU a day as a oral spray. Feel great and even with DD3 aged 8m and not getting decent sleep I’m coping much better!!!

You can try B12, omega 3, vit D, curcumin and vit C. Regular exercise, a healthy, clean diet and a good sleep help me a lot with my brain and my overall cognitive function.

Holland and Barrett do a Vitamin D spray, is it that one?
