Have had night sweats for a while now.
This week, though, I've had a few experiences of feeling very very warm and flustered. My face goes red and I feel like I am radiating heat. Even when the sweating stops it seems to take ages for my face to go back to normal. At the same time I get wound up/irritable.
I put the first couple down to too much sun. But today I have been inside all day and have had a couple of episodes.
Periods still turning up with predictable fucking annoying regularity...
