Last week I had an embarrassing situation. I was in a meeting at work and at the end stood up and honestly it looked as if I had wet myself! Is this happening to anyone else and do you have any suggestions?

Cotton underwear/cotton or linen trousers loose-fitting.
Pantliners and change often.
Vagisil talc-free powder (very absorbent).
I would wear darker colours as they don't show up when they get wet.
Drink iced water and cool down your core temperature a bit.

Hot office meetings are like hell!

Hope this helps.
