I have regular periods, but my doc has given my Evorel Conti to help with my peri symptoms. I am mid cycle, and just about to start using the patches. Should I start with the Evorel 50 patches, or with the Evorel Conti patches? I assume the progesterone ones Conti - but not 100% sure.
