Femoston 1/10 grey tablets

Hi all.

I've just started Femoston and felt great while taking the white tablets. I'm now on the grey ones and my mood has dropped significantly, along with my libido Sad

A quick Google showed low progesterone can lead to mood swings etc so I'm confused as isn't this what the grey tablets are supposed to mimic? And why was I feeling so good on the white ones?

Any ideas?

You feel better on white pills cause they contain estrogen and it is a ''high'' hormone, it gives you more energy and you feel happier. Dydrogesterone on grey pills is a progestin, close to our natural progesterone, that gives you a bit dizziness. So it is just a side normal effect of taking it.

Completely normal. You just have to push through it and take it easy compared to days when you take the white ‘Estrogen’ tablets.

Thanks Maudlin, I'm.only just finishing my first pack so I'll see how I get on before my 3 month review.

Is it usual to lose your sex drive too? Sad

Loss of libido has been listed as one of the side effects yes and you’ll see comments on this board about it and wonen consudering takung testosterone to improve things.
