Hi hope someone can help I take HRT and usually start my period on the 3rd day of a new packet that coincides now with both my holidays!!! I am really ill when I am on and don't get out of bed for pain etc for 2/3 days I was thinking could I start a new packet a week earlier so that I come on a week earlier??? Then everything would be perfect!!
