I have read quite a few threads on here where a person has mentioned that they have had CBT to help with symptoms of the peri/menopause. I take it this was for the phycological issues it causes e.g. anxiety.
Can anyone share what specifically they had it for and how they did the CBT whether referred to place or did it on line.
The peri menopause seems to have heightened my anxiety which I have been able to control for many years. It is out of control and I am thinking of having CBT.
