Experiences of HRT

I started on combined HRT 6 weeks ago. Last period 2 years ago. All seemed ok then this week feeling a bit rough. Kind of mild period pain feeling, bloated, tender boobs and a slight pinky discharge( wouldn't call it a bleed as such) . Anyone else experienced this. I take the continuos HRT

It is quite common to have a bleeding the first weeks you start hrt, especially the conti type. It takes some time.

I've started the combined HRT, I'm 3 years post last period and have had similar symptoms for the first three months. I've managed the breast tenderness agony with evening primose oil and the bleeding has tailed off to just a very slightly darker discharge. I still do feel bloated every 3 weeks or so.
The good things are, no more hot flushes, decreased appetite so am slowly loosing weight and much improved sleep so less tired. I'm definitely staying on it!
