Starting HRT. Pharmacy not helpful.

Can anyone help please? I am to start on HRT, can anyone tell me when in my cycle I should take the first tablet please? I am taking two different coloured tablets. Currently five days late for this month after my last three were three days late and my last bleed lasting two weeks.

There is usually a leaflet in the pack with this on. Is there? Or try googling the product for patient info. Ideally I think you are supposed to start on the first day of your period but if they are really irregular, start any time.

If you are peri you can start after your period, if you are post meno anytime. It is not something to worry about! After a few months you can have regular ''cycles'' on hrt.

I'm peri. Haven't had chance to read any leaflet yet. Been hectic with dd. Thank you very much.
