Oily fish delaying menopause

The BBC article has a slightly different slant on this. More to do with refined carbs than just fish. Chair of BMS quotes in there.

I guess for most women anywhere from 50-53 isn't an issue. The risks are for women under 45 or 45-50, and the diet seems to make only about 18 months difference.

I always have a very healthy diet and lifestyle and also an early meno. Maybe genetics plays the more important role. Diet can help a little with the symptoms I think.
