Hi all.
I didn't sleep at all last night, my palms and the soles of my feet were itching like mad! This morning the back of my neck, my hairline and the backs of my hands have started too. I scratched so much I came up in a red lumpy rash, a bit like a stinging nettle rash.
I've taken an antihistamine and rubbed some hydrocortisone cream into my hands and it's eased a bit but it's still there. Has anyone had this during peri? I have had the itching and crawling feeling a few times but never anything like this.
I'm due to start hrt at my next period.
