HRT

I know this has probably been done to death but can someone please advise me what HRT I should ask for I have tried everything there is out there and can't cope anymore with anything so off to the docs this morning any advice??

Can I ask your age and your symptoms? Are you in peri?

Too many variables - if you have a womb, ovaries etc, will determine if you need just oestrogens or also the other kinds, age, medical and family history, if a higher weight then transdermal methods recommended, your symptoms might determine choices too. My GP has a handy chart, but the NICE guidelines are great for this.

Thank you for replying I've been referred to the menopause unit my mum had breast cancer in her 70s so she is reluctant to prescribe them given venalafaxine antidepressants in the meantime 😔
