Bleeding 3 days after period and bladder pain

Had my period just end (24 day cycle starting on 12th for c 5 days) now after 3 days I am bleeding red blood again and lot of pain when urinate. Operation on 13/3 for fibroid resection etc then infection and 14 days antibiotics then chest pain no cause found now this, urgh. Did say bleeding for up to 6 weeks normal after fibroid op but weird its just started. Got another cancer check on 24th (colonoscopy) for which I have to take meds on 23rd. Do I need to go back to doctor and get antibiotics again? Only just finished 14 days of double. Been feeling very tired again. Thanks.

Its normal in the most cases after fibroid surgery to have bleeding or pain the first 1-2 weeks but I think that it's better to inform your gyn for your symptoms.

Thanks very much. I suspect I need to tell them too, when I visited A&E they said bleeding up to 6 weeks was normal but strange its just started and pain doesn't seem normal. I was hoping for a longer break between visits but think I am out of luck 😂
