Femseven sequi and acne

I’m peri-menopausal and started HRT in September due to severe lack of sleep from night sweats.

All my menopause symptoms stopped almost immediately and I have felt great.

However, I’m getting lots of breakthrough bleeding and acne.

Is this a sign that Femseven isn’t right for me or is it a known side effect?

I’m not sure what to do. I’m reluctant to come off the HRT as there’s limited options for peri from what I know.

Yes, breakthrough bleeding and acne are side effects of norgestel but no so usual!
Maybe you can try a different progestin that suits you better. I was on cyclo progynova and I had no side effects, only a bit low mood when I was on norgestel but nothing serious or problematic.
I am on dydrogesterone now and I feel that it is milder than norgestel, no side effects or something unusual! :)
