Irregular bleeding on hrt

Have been taking femeston 2/10 for over a year now. Bleeding has varied slightly but only one bleed lasting around a week. Since January I have missed a couple of bleeds & I have had 2 bleeds with just a week bleed free in between. This has happened on both the oestrogen & progesterone pills.
Do I need to go & see the gp?

Im on femoston 2/10 too and I have normal, very light bleeds when I take dydrogesterone pills. I guess that its also normal not to bleed sometimes but If I were you I'd discuss it with my gyn just in case. :)
