I'm going through the lovely menopause lol, and I keep getting a itch on the bottom of my spine.
Has anyone else experienced this? Smile

Me too! How could that be related to menopause? Im 51 have missed one period, no hot flushes yet but some severe mood swings and the quality of all my sleep is poor these days. Maybe we've discovered a new symptom... Pity they are not all so mild and insignificantGrin

Hi! I think that it is is called notalgia paresthetica and maybe it is caused by nerve impingement in a spinal nerve and it comes with age. It is not something to worry about.
A good solution is a good skin hydration, avoiding the heat and wearing cloths made from soft fabrics
