How did you know it was over/done?

I just think its over but am I going to be in for a big shock?

You don't know it is over until 1 year has gone, unless you're on HRT or have the Mirena in which case you might not know at all. I missed a few, went 3 months then 4 months without period and then had them every 3 weeks for 6 months and I have heard of others having the same sort of pattern. Day 41 now and so hoping for another break!

i had the mirena
had it taken after no periods for a year(they were regular up till then) and a year later and still nothing. no more pmt or anything.

Sounds good, I know a lot of women who have been lucky enough of to have no symptoms, others who have only had symptoms in peri, and others who have only had it bad once menopause hits. We are all different. Hopefully you've been lucky.
