I've been having some weird symptoms for a while, night sweats and heavy periods, pain in one ovary. Had a clear ultrasound. I had some bloods done a couple of days before my period started so luteal phase and they came back as 'satisfactory', so close to normal, the results were:

Serum LH level 1.9 IU/L
LH Reference Ranges (IU/L): follicular 2.4-12.6,
midcycle 14.0-95.6, luteal 1.0-11.4, post menopausal 7.7-58.5

Serum follicle stimulating hormone level 3.5 IU/L
FSH Reference Ranges (IU/L): Follicular 3.5-12.5,
mid-cyle 4.7-21.5, Luteal 1.7-7.7, post-menopausal 25.8-134.8

Serum progesterone level 32.4 nmol/L
Progesterone ref. range at the luteal peak = 5.8 - 75.9nmol/L

Serum oestradiol level 347 pmol/L
Oestradiol reference ranges (pmol/L): Follicular 45-854
mid-cycle 151-1461, Luteal 82-1251, post-menopausal

Hi! I can’t help very much, I think it’s better to trust your gyn. Hormonal changes are very often and not accurate. Maybe all these are symptoms of primary ovarian failure but I think it’s the worst scenario. Don’t panic and just wait for next results. :)
