My menopause so far

I am 57 this year I have mirena and oestrgel these have helped but not entirely. I feel that i amstarting to come out the other side but now I have developed aura migraines. I am Hoping these will disappear as I become more relaxed. I can have beta blockers but am hoping to become calmer without them. Would love to hear how everyone is doing with itheir menopause

When you say they’ve helped - what symptoms did they relieve? I’m 52 and have mirena - no periods but don’t know if I am going through menopause or not. I often feel very stroppy 🤪

I was able to sleep at night without waking in the early hours. Flushes stopped and my mind wasn't all over the place
