Hi I’m 48 - 49 in October
In 2015 I have a miscarriage then fell pregnant immediately with twins had hemorghing lost one at 2 months pregnant had soils bed rest and at 5 months pregnant and caught sepsis and lost baby Lily has intensive care stay 11 blood transfusions in 3 monyhs and time Hotmail medication
Previous I had 2 Mirena coils 1 5 years 1 4 years removed to try for a baby.
They had to replace it after baby loss as I keto hemorghing dangerously and it stopped all the bleeding.
Now as I have a Mirena coil I’m not sure if I’m perimenopausal etc
- Can’t sleep or wake up constantly through the night.
- Losing weight has became a real challenge I don’t lose weight now unless I’m eat below 1000 weighed and measured calories.
- My breasts hurt 3 weeks a month every month
- My libedo has run off somewhere and hid 🙀
- Feel very exhausted and a bit low.
I don’t have periods as Mirena coil but how can I tell I’m approaching or near or in menopause ?
