Apparently there is a nationwide shortage of - ahem - Vagifem

Got a phone call from the chemist last week to say they couldn't fill my prescription because they can't get it from the stockist/manufacturer. I tried ringing round a few chemists ( at having to ask for Vagifem) including Boots, who confirmed this and didn't know when they'd have any in.

Anyone else having trouble getting it. Shall I try ebay

I am hoping my GP will prescribe some for me at my appointment on Wednesday. Hope supplies are back in stock by then!

Tricky - there's a cream you can be prescribed if the manufacturers don't get their act together soon. Pity I've only got a prescription for 24 or I could set up a black market!

I hope not as I have to use it every night, so a box doesn't last that long!
I have had a problem getting hold of it a couple of years ago and managed to track a couple of boxes down in an independent chemist...but they are a dying breed these days!
