Joint Pains Menopause

New symptoms of elbow pain. Both elbows.
I think menopausal. Any advice?
I am on estriol cream for VA. I have very minor flushes.

Maybe worth getting vitamin d levels checked if you haven't already. impossible for most people to get enough vitamin d naturally. Suspect mine improved when I got my ferritin levels up to 50, but have no real evidence of that. Always worth checking though as NHS are happy with levels as low as 15.
