Symptoms at ovulation

Hi all
I'm in Peri. 42 years old.
Does anyone find that they feel as bad at ovulation as they do before their period. I never really noticed ovulation until about a year ago and wow it's rough. Seem to go from pmt with period to pmt with ovulation with a couple of days inbetween where I feel 'normal'

Same here! Not just you. When I ovulate my anxiety is out of control. In addition, I feel extremely nauseous.

I have noticed this two over the last few months. I have learnt to recognise when my anxiety is pmt related and not to speak my mind to much. I have started to notice i have the same over sensitive and anxious feelings in the middle of my cycle too...it is shit quite frankly!
