Optical migraines

Since I started the menopause I have these a nd I wondered if anyone else had and were they able to stop them xxx

Yes. I did. They stopped about a week into taking HRT. Never had one since. Touch wood.

I am on hrt and I am getting them often i wonder if my hrt needs increasing
