Good news stories please - I do know some women have them permanently- but but but!
I am flushing whenever slightly anxious eg friend with toddler visited today. Tot mooched around I flushed every time he almost overbalanced.
Lol I could laugh but some days I am melting away.
I am unable and unwilling to use HRT due to former ovarian cancer. I am taking citalopram
Which helps a bit.
So it’s been a year - does it get slightly and slowly better (if it does indeed improve) over how many years. Please tell me your positive story if you have one.
