Frizzy hair

Been taking HRT for a couple of years which has made a massive difference to my health and emotional well being but my hair is just so frizzy. It may seem like a minor issue but I always had wonderful thick glossy hair and I really miss it. It’s thinner and finer now which I have finally got my head around (pardon the pun!) but the frizz really gets me down. Have tried Nourkrin, Biotin, Frizz Ease and Aussie as well as a Dyson hairdryer and still rocking a frizzy mess. If anyone has any tips I would be really grateful. Considering a DIY keratin treatment but am scared of making things worse 😏

Hi! My hair is thinner too but I don't know if it's due to menopause or hrt. I don't use blow dryer, I wash my hair twice a week and I use kerastase products and argan oil. My hair isn't so thick as before but it's still glossy and look healthy. Hope it helps!

Thanks - that does help. I’m pretty sure mine isn’t due to HRT because when I look back my hair began to change quite a few years before I realised! It took longer to grow and didn’t seem to sit quite the same or maintain a style. Ah the joys of ageing! 😏
