HRT? Only one functioning ovary - does it make a difference?

Hello, I have plucked up the courage to go to the doctors.

I am only 43 but I am pretty sure my hormones are pretty messed up

I get really bad PMT, I get constant UTI's always about 2-3 days before my period (can't be coincidence and I have read this is due to low oestrogen?) and I am generally a bit more down/fatigued than I have ever been.

I had an ectopic in my 30's and know one ovary is now "shrivelled up" - I had a scan for my constant UTIs and I asked the sonographer to look at what was still there because noone ever told me!

What do you think about HRT? Would this lacking of ovary be making a difference / why I am so young experiencing this?

I have the copper coil so no other synthetic hormones
