Really, really tender breasts

Hysterectomy in June, ovaries retained. Started HRT in September/October after suffering with terrible night sweats, flushes and aching joints.

I’m taking the lowest dose of Elleste solo and it’s suited me really well. But for the past 3 weeks I have awful breast soreness. I’ve even been waking up in the night when I turn over (I sleep on my front a lot) as they are so tender.

I exercise quite a bit but there’s no way I could run or jump about in Zumba even with a sports bra on.

I suppose I’ll just have to suffer unless I try another drug and risk it not working.

May not be anything to do with the HRT!
If you kept your ovaries you could still be having cycles but with no bleeding and it could be a PMS symptom. Why not try evening primrose oil- can work for this.

Ahh I never thought of that. Thanks PollyPerky, I’ll get some evening primrose at the weekend.
