Any recommendations for specific brands?
Or, I have the Boots vaginal moisturiser, would that work as a lube?

Can you be more specific? If you have symptoms that are linked to menopause then the treatment is vaginal estrogen (there are loads and loads of articles online about this by the way.) Google Dr Louise Newson.

If you are not menopausal then lube can help but lube on its own is not going to reverse the changes in the vagina and may not be enough.

YES gets the thumbs up from consultants as being a good one.

Hi Polly, you advised me on a thread about vagifem already. I'm into my third week with it but think I need something extra on hand or cock in case.
Many thanks,
Regards

Grin

Nick Panay who contributed a lot to the NICE guidelines did a lot of research on this; if you can be arsed, google his paper. The conclusion was that YES was the best.

Will be sourcing Yes asap then. Thanks.
