Sudden mid cycle bleeding (after sex), perimenopause?

Last night was very odd. I'm 42 and had a TFMR in September. I was 17 weeks and have recovered very well. We are TTC but I'm aware my body might have other ideas! Last night we had sex (third consecutive night) and afterwards I realised I was bleeding. This isn't usual for me, is this the start of the peri menopause do you think?

Maybe. Might be worth getting it checked at the doctor though.

Bleeding after sex needs to be checked out and unlikely to be menopause related.
