How often do you get them and what do they feel like for you please?

I get strong adrenaline rushes.. wake up feeling weird then about a minute later am drenched in sweat.... bloody awful.... tying to ride it out... try to take a towel to bed with me .... oooh the glamour Grin

Hi Mummytron. I started getting palpitations 3 years ago and my diagnosis was linked to a long term ecoptipic heartbeat which previously I had hardly noticed. I was prescribed betablockers which controlled the palpitations but they would always return. Magnesium was helpful too at this stage. Roll on 3 years and a host of other meno symptoms, hot flushes, dryness, uti, anxiety (the fun of it!). Doc prescribed HRT and the palpitations stopped immediately 🙌🏻
