Need help !

I’m currently on Femoston 2/10 but due to start my new regime tomorrow.
However I picked up my prescription yesterday and it just says take as directed but I don’t know what to do !
I have got estrogel and also 10mg provera to take .
What days do I take the provera?
And do I still apply the estrogel on the days I am taking the provera?
I’m peri- menopausal .

You need to talk to your GP or the pharmacist.
Did your GP not talk to you about it ? (Pretty bad if they didn't explain!)

Is there not an instruction written on the label (from the pharmacy) on each item?

If not, you use the gel daily. You ought to find the info leaflet in the pack.

The Provera- look online- google it. All drugs and how often they are used are listed online as patient information.

It is likely you will take it for 14 days every month, but you need to check.

No it just says take as directed .
I spoke to the gp over the phone and he just said ive left the prescription at the chemist for you !
Will have a google re the provera.
So is the gel just continuous through the month - no break ?

As a matter of principle, you need to contact your GP. It's unethical for them to prescribe something without instructions on the dose, either for the pharmacist or you. if the GP doesn't know, they need to find out. That's their job and they are paid enough!

I don't want to be responsible for advising you on Provera as I've never used it. You need to contact your GP and make the point you were not told about dosage.
