My periods are reasonably regular, 26 days, heavy, last 5 days.

Im 42. I take vitex to help with the heavy periods, just 370 mg a day.

This month I had light pink staining when I wiped not period like at all, for three days starting day 22. Then it stopped entirely.

Does this sound like menopause?

We have the same age, yes it's like peri and maybe you need to check your FSH and your estrogen to confirm that. I had not the proper care from my first gyn and I was suffering from severe symptoms until my diagnosis. Take care!

Im ok with it. Hrt scares me. Thank you for responding. Wierd isn't it!
