Is this hot flashes?

Hello, looking for advice, opinions, experience and have a GP appt next week. For the last two months I have been quite exhausted and also keep feeling much warmer, with nausea and loss of appetite. This typically lasts hours but reading around hot flashes suggests they are typically several minutes long. I'm 42.

i'm sure there are variations but mine were wavelike. very similar to nausea but by the time I realized they were hot flashes they were fading off.

Thank you Out2Pasture! It seems to be the impression I'm getting. Not in a rush to start menopause but know that it can be earlier for some.

Hot flushes usually come along when periods become irregular (or there and thereabouts.)
They last from anything from one minute to 5.

TBH sounds like you have a virus.
