On Elleste Duet I got two weeks of an oestrogen 'high', then an 'OK' week and a week of progesteron 'low' with PMT type feelings. Not too bad and I got used to it, but I did seem to get some indigestion symptoms from the tablets (I think)
Has anyone switched to continuous e.g. Evorel Conti?
What was it like? Does the continous progesterone 'offset' some of the oestrogen 'high' and do you just end up feeling sort of 'OK' all the time?
