I am 48 years old and due to have my ovaries removed due to family history around cancer. I would like to know if anyone has any advice around herbal remedies for menopause as the operation will bring mine on and I will not be able to take HRT. This had been a big decision to go ahead with this operation but feel it is the better option. Hope you have some advice thank you.
