No need to go private - you can get the "bio-identical hormones on NHS - ie estradiol and progesterone if that's what you want. I tried one type which didn't suit me and then settled for a different one (separate oestrogen and progesterone) which i have remianed with for 10 years ( albeit with a change of progesterone at one point). What have you tried? Surely there is something out there which will work for you?

First one pre pal didn't suit me, tried it for a few months, went back to GP who suggested Femeston, loads better on that.

Hi girls thanks 4 replies.I originally was on premique which was great but 2 years in they stopped making it so I tried femeston which did nothing at all, then indivina no good either elleste duet conti which eased a lot of symptoms ,but my hair started thinning which sent my anxiety into overdrive.so went back again and now on provera, premarin which are made by same company as premique so I'm hoping they continue to make them!!!if they do I think I,'ll try bio identical.x
