Boobs getting bigger

Any other fellow menopausal mumsnetters noticed that as they approach their late 40s and the change of life has begun that their boobs have grown. I'm In the last year or 2 I've went from a D to an F.

Yep bought new bras at 40. 3 months later in a size bigger.

I am hoping mine grow

I went from being as flat as a pancake all my life (A or B cups) to feeling like I need a breast reduction.

Yes! I bloody hate it. I used to be 30DD from having dds through to my mid 40s. I'm now 32 FF .

I don't like it at all.

So it's the hormonal changes which cause our shapes to alter. I'm following the 5:2 diet and am largely pescatarian with very little alcohol, I exercise regularly and get loads of sleep - but I'm still slipping into elasticated waist territory!

I've got the thickened waist too but my backside isn't too bad. But i agree buying clothes and dressing is totally different. At least your always showing cleavage and can distract from the fat belly😜

I've just turned 41 and my blobs have got bigger over the last year,thought it very strange as lost 3 stone too and the first tgingthing to shrink is usually my blobs,I thought I was too young to be pre menopause 😣

Bingeslayer - once I passed 40 I started to notice the changes such as the hot flushes and weight gain. I didn't think it would happen at that age either.

My boobs get bigger when I put on weight. When I got near menopause the lack of oestrogen caused my boobs to shrink and go all floppy (as I think they probably will do with most women once they reach menopause?) but when I started HRT they grew again back to their normal density so no longer hung like floppy paps! Possibly also they are slightly bigger than pre-meno and before HRT? The body shape thing is really annoying - the thickened waist and sagging bottom...more exercise needed!!
