Can someone recommend a book?

It occurred to me that there are hundreds of books about periods for girls and that was my go to for q & a when I started. As I approach my mid forties I am starting to realize I know nothing about the menopause so can someone recommend me a good idiots guide please along the same lines as the 'my first period' type books. Thanks :)
