Hot feet at night - perimenopause symptoms

I think I am entering the (very confusing) peri stage. I haven't had any hot flushes but my feet get very hot in the evening/overnight

Is this a symptom?

(because if I google it, I get 'burning feet' and all sorts of diabetes/kidney problems which I don't think I have)
