Tablets to Patches

I have been taking HRT for around 10 years and do quite a few long haul flights over the course of a year. My GP has recommended I now use patches and wonder if anyone has gone from tablets to patches and how it went. Patch recommended is Estradot 50. Apparently the risk of DVT is higher with tablets.

Well I am ten days in and have not noticed any difference at all. First patch was Monday last week, then Thursday and again on this Monday. Hope you find the same if you change mizu
