Lost FemSeven patch!

This is my second week on FemSeven Sequi. I asked my GP to switch from Femoston 1/10 as I felt the tablets were making me very bloated and giving me gastro symptoms.
Anyway first week, patch has stayed on perfectly although I have had a bit of nausea. Renewed the patch this morning and have just popped in the shower only to find it has vanished! I've checked my clothes, bathroom, bedroom but it has vanished! I've now had to put another patch on but that was for Week 3 so I am now short of a patch.
What can I do? Has anyone had problems getting them to stick? I've read that dressing strips can be put over them to keep them in place but to be honest, I'm not keen. I would prefer to keep things discreet.
Is it worth persevering with them or go back to tablets?

Femseven do have a reputation for falling off and need a bit of care to get them to stay on.

You need to make sure your skin is clean and definitely dry. Warm the patch to body heat first, stick it on and hold down for 2 minutes.

I have also heard of hairdryers being used.

You need to make the adhesive stick to get them to work. Putting a dressing over a loose patch does not work well.

Just started today on Femseven Sequi hrt patches. Just wondered what experiences people have had re weight gain, how long it takes to work etc. Mainly been suffering from mood swings, no sex drive, no energy and no sleep with the menopause.

Have had no luck getting the patches to stick consistently but when on they worked really well.

You would think, that as it is a common problem that has gone on for some time, the manufacturers would come up with a better adhesive system. Hmm.

They do seem to be a good combination and work well when they do stick.
