Where is my period?

I've always been a 28 day regular cycle woman. A bit of pre bleed spotting in recent months but nothing else weird.

Just back from a three week holiday and my period should have started sometime within that time. But nothing.

I checked my diary when I got home last night and my last one started over 5 weeks ago

Oh, I'm 49 so I suppose it isn't unexpected but I still feel so young.

Any positive experiences to share? Did any of your periods just stop, never to return? DM used to regale me with stories of horrendous flooding etc. I can do without that.

Mine have been irregular for years and I'm in my 50s.

Aaargh storm don't say that!!

DH would love it. Me, not so much ;)

I'll just carry on taking a selection of panty liners etc out with me.
