Shorter Cycles

My cycle has always varied between 30-45 days. For the last four cycles this has dropped to 16-18. The period before this was 32, but I had some spotting. I am 36. Has this happened to anyone? Was wondering if maybe I am starting early peri menopause?

Keep a record for a few more months then see your GP if they are still shorter. There can be all kinds of reasons not just menopause.
36 is far too young and if it was perimeno it would be classed as premature - and you'd need expert medical help and HRT to prevent serious health issues later on in life.
